1. How long can Cysteine® Shine Treatment last?

The duration of the effects can extend up to 3-5 months, depending on individual aftercare. Utilizing our recommended shampoo and treatment can significantly prolong the results. However, it's important to note that following the regular practice of using shampoo and conditioner will also be effective.

2. Can I do Cysteine® Shine Treatment with Colour?

Certainly! This bundle is, without a doubt, among our most sought-after services. The Cysteine® Shine Treatment significantly enhances the post-treatment appearance, allowing you to effortlessly maintain a polished look without the need for extensive styling. Furthermore, it amplifies the colour's vibrancy and adds a stunning shine to your hair.

3. I am pregnant/ breastfeeding. Can I do the Cysteine® Shine Treatment?

Absolutely. Unlike Keratin treatments containing formaldehyde, Cysteine® Shine Treatment is free from chemical ingredients that remain in the hair for an extended duration. Additionally, it's worth noting that cysteine protein is naturally present in our nails, which provides further assurance. Nevertheless, for added precaution, we recommend seeking your doctor's medical advice.

4. I am interested in doing both Colouring and Cysteine® Shine Treatment. How long would it take, and are there any bundle promotions?

The entire process will take around 4 hours for the treatment and a single-tone hair colouring. However, it differs from person to person due to varying hair volume and texture. The given timing is just a ballpark figure. Be sure to inform our stylists of your time constraints so we can work around your needs.

7. When can I wash my hair after the Cysteine® Shine Treatment?

You may wash it on the second day after the treatment. So, if you had it done on Monday, you can wash it on Wednesday.

8. May I know how much the fancy colour bundle will be if I am not intending to bleach my hair?

Our bundle pricing for fancy colours is $288 nett, regardless of whether bleaching is involved. This pricing is also applicable for All Hair Lengths.

The bundle includes:

1x base colour

1x colour toning / pre-lightening

1x balayage / high-lights/ low-lights/ baby lights (done by senior or director stylist)

1x pre-cuticle lotion

1x Post-colour lock treatment
